2. Ordering Process & Sales Terms
2.1 No Direct Online Purchases
Due to varying policies and fees across different countries and regions, we are unable to set a standardized shipping template. As a result, our website does not support direct online checkout. All purchases require offline communication (e.g., via email, WhatsApp, etc.) to confirm product function, customization requirements, and final pricing (including shipping costs, taxes, or import duties, where applicable)
2.2 Quotes & Payment

Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods.
A 30% deposit must be paid before order processing, with the remaining 70% balance due upon delivery, unless otherwise agreed.
