1. Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or non-functional. In such cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

2. Techpulse will not accept items returned without their prior approval

3. Techpulse is not responsible for any auxiliary expenses, including moving expenses, incurred with the shipment or return of our products

4. Please be aware that returns of items with customer-caused damage, modifications, or aftermarket alterations that impair performance will not be eligible for acceptance or a refund.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled free of charge only before material procurement and assembly begin. Once production commences, cancellations are no longer accepted. If a customer insists on canceling at this stage, the paid deposit will be non-refundable.
