Thank you for choosing Techpulse! We specialize in various types of laser machines and equipment. And all orders are shipped to your designated freight forwarder for international processing. Please review the following shipping details carefully.

 

Order Processing Time

As our laser equipment is often customized to meet specific customer requirements, each order requires a 5–10 day production period after finalizing the design and specifications(Large machines will take 30-40 days). This includes assembly, testing, and quality checks before shipment.

 

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping arrangements:

1. Customer-Arranged Freight Forwarder (Preferred)

2. If you have your own freight forwarder in China, we will deliver the goods to your designated agent.

3. Shipping costs to your freight forwarder are included in the order (unless otherwise agreed).

4. You are responsible for all logistics, customs clearance, and fees after the handover.       

 

Supplier-Assisted Shipping

If you require us to arrange shipping to your location, please notify us in advance. We will provide a shipping quote based on your destination and preferred method (air/sea).

Note: All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility. 

 

Delivery Guarantee

Delivery timelines depend on production schedules and shipping method selected.

Tracking information will be provided once the order is dispatched.

1. Pearl River Delta (PRD) Region

We provide door-to-door delivery service and conduct on-site training upon completion

2. Other Region

There are 2 ways as below:

(1) Wood Case Packing → Logist Shipment → Equipment Receipt → Unpacking Wooden Cases → Video Guidance → Training Completion

(2) Wood Case Packing → Logist Shipment → On-Site Technical Service → Equipment Receipt → Technician Unpacks Crates → On-Site Guidance → Training Completion (Service Fees Apply)
