Order & Customization

1. Can I request a custom-configured laser machine?

2. What’s your lead time for orders?

Standard orders will ship in 5–10 days after confirmation. Custom builds may take longer—we’ll provide a timeline upfront.

3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancellations are free before production begins. Once materials are procured or assembly starts, deposits are non-refundable.

Shipping & Logistics

1. How is shipping handled?

If you have a freight forwarder in China, we deliver to them at no extra cost.

Need us to arrange shipping? Please contact us for details(Note: Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. What if my machine arrives damaged?

Inspect the package immediately. If damage occurs, notify us within 7 days with photos for a replacement/repair.

Warranty & Support

1. What does the 1-year warranty cover?

Defects in materials/workmanship are covered (excludes misuse, unapproved modifications, or consumables like lenses).

2. Do you offer training or remote troubleshooting?

Yes! We provide:

Free remote support for setup.
